Portfolio: every pool and its certificate date

For: Property managers and agencies, Pool safety inspectors · Last updated 16 October 2026

Portfolio lists every pool with its certificate state, expiry date, manager, usual inspector and next step. The data is the same whichever system it came from.

Who it is for: Agencies and property managers. Inspectors with many properties also use it.

How to do it

  1. Open Portfolio. Use the filters (status, manager, suburb, usual inspector, search) and press Apply filters.
  2. Read Expires and Next step on each row. Statuses are Current, Expiring within 60 days, Expired and No date recorded.
  3. Press Add date on a row to record a certificate date, or Book an inspector to ask your usual inspector.
  4. Use the export buttons for a CSV or PDF of the filtered list. They contain no certificate numbers or personal details.
  5. Open Calendar and connections to make a private calendar link for Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar. Events show the property and suburb only. Owners and admins can stop or replace a link at any time.

What it does not do

  • Dates are what you or your import recorded. PoolPreCert does not check them against the QBCC live.
  • It does not say a pool has a valid certificate.

PoolPreCert helps you do and record your work. It does not decide whether a pool meets the Queensland standard. Only a licensed pool safety inspector does that.
