Edit, pause or hide your directory listing
For: Pool safety inspectors, Pool fence contractors, Pool builders · Last updated 16 October 2026
Your listing is your public page in the directory. A fuller profile is shown higher in the order.
Who it is for: Owners and admins of a business with a claimed listing.
How to do it
- Open Directory listing.
- Fill in Business details (shown on your listing): name, phone, website and About your business.
- Under Where you work choose the Councils you cover and How far you travel (km). Choose the Services you offer.
- Add an Email for requests (private). It is not shown on your listing.
- Switch Inspection requests or Quote requests off if you cannot take more work. Your listing stays visible.
- To take your listing out of the directory use Hide my listing, and use Show my listing again to bring it back.
Google rating

If the team hid it
A listing that the PoolPreCert team has hidden stays hidden until they change it. Email support@poolprecert.com to ask why.
What it does not do
- Editing does not change your QBCC licence record.
PoolPreCert helps you do and record your work. It does not decide whether a pool meets the Queensland standard. Only a licensed pool safety inspector does that.
