Reviews are left by homeowners after a job. Each one is tied to a real request or job in PoolPreCert, so it is marked as verified.

Who it is for: Homeowners leave reviews. Businesses see them on the Reviews page and on their listing.

How to do it

Homeowners: after a job is marked done you get one email, and a Review now button on your Requests page. Choose stars and add a few words.
Businesses: open Reviews to read them and reply publicly from Your listing.
If you think a review breaks the rules, email support@poolprecert.com with the details.

What it does not do

Businesses cannot edit, hide or remove a review. Every homeowner gets the same invitation whatever the outcome, and there are no rewards.

PoolPreCert helps you do and record your work. It does not decide whether a pool meets the Queensland standard. Only a licensed pool safety inspector does that.
