QBCC-ready data sheet

For: Pool safety inspectors · Last updated 16 October 2026

The QBCC-ready data sheet lists the Form 26 fields in order, and the Form 23 fields as far as they were found, from what you recorded.

Who it is for: Inspectors.

How to do it

  1. Open an inspection and choose the QBCC data sheet.
  2. Use the Copy buttons to copy each field, or Print the sheet.
  3. Tap Lodge in QBCC Portal to open QBCC's own sign-in in a new tab, then enter the form yourself there.

What it does not do

  • PoolPreCert does not connect to the QBCC Portal and does not submit anything. You issue the form yourself.

PoolPreCert helps you do and record your work. It does not decide whether a pool meets the Queensland standard. Only a licensed pool safety inspector does that.
