Job templates and checklists

A job template remembers a type of job, how long it takes and its tick-list. A checklist on a job is a prompt list for the person on site.

Who it is for: Business accounts.

How to do it

1. Open Settings, then Job templates. Use the starter templates in one tap, or make your own.
2. When you make a new job, choose a Start from chip to fill in the type, length and checklist.
3. On the job page tick items off as you go.

What it does not do

• A checklist is not the QBCC inspection record and never says a pool complies. For inspections use the inspection checklist.

PoolPreCert helps you do and record your work. It does not decide whether a pool meets the Queensland standard. Only a licensed pool safety inspector does that.
