Billing shows your plan and how much you have used, and lets you change or cancel. Current prices are on the Pricing page and include GST.
Who it is for: Owners and admins.
How to do it
- Open Billing from the menu.
- Read your plan, your usage (such as AI photo checks) and your renewal date.
- Choose a different plan, or cancel. If you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Trial, reminders and refunds
How long the trial lasts, the founding member offer, how many days before a charge we email you, and the refund window are set out in the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy (Subscriptions & refunds in the footer). That page always shows the current numbers.
What it does not do
- The AI assistant is included in paid plans only. It is not on the trial or for pool owners.

PoolPreCert helps you do and record your work. It does not decide whether a pool meets the Queensland standard. Only a licensed pool safety inspector does that.
