Team lets owners and admins invite people into the business and choose what each can do.
Who it is for: Owners and admins. The number of people depends on the plan.
How to do it
- Open Team and enter the person's email in the invite form, then choose a role.
- They get an invitation email. When they accept they join the business.
- Use What each role can do on the Team page to check a role before you choose it.
- A person in more than one business switches between them from the business name at the top of the menu.
The four roles
Owner: full control and billing. Admin: manage people and settings. Inspector: do inspections and create documents. Viewer: look only.
What it does not do
- Nobody, not even the owner, can read another person's AI assistant chats in the app.
PoolPreCert helps you do and record your work. It does not decide whether a pool meets the Queensland standard. Only a licensed pool safety inspector does that.
