Signing in, email links and resetting your password

You can sign in with your email and password, or ask for an emailed sign-in link.

Who it is for: Everyone with an account.

How to do it

1. Open Sign in and enter your email and password. Press the eye to show the password as you type.
2. Prefer a link? Press Email me a sign-in link under the password box. It only signs in an existing account.
3. Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password, enter your email and open the email we send. Choose a new password. A checklist shows the rules (at least 10 characters, not a very common password, both match).
4. If the link has expired or been used, the page says so and sends a fresh one in one tap.
5. To change your password later, open Settings and choose Change password.

What it does not do

• We never ask for your password by email or message.

PoolPreCert helps you do and record your work. It does not decide whether a pool meets the Queensland standard. Only a licensed pool safety inspector does that.
