Reports: PDF with photos and a private link

When an inspection is finished you can create a report from the Finish step. It shows what was recorded, with photos.
Who it is for: Inspectors. Business plans can add the business's own branding in Settings, Organisation.
How to do it
- Finish the inspection, then press the button to create the report.
- Download the PDF or copy the private link to share it.
- Keep your wording factual: say what you saw and measured, not a verdict on the pool.
What it does not do
- A report is not a pool safety certificate. A Form 23 is issued by a licensed inspector through the QBCC Portal.
PoolPreCert helps you do and record your work. It does not decide whether a pool meets the Queensland standard. Only a licensed pool safety inspector does that.
