Reports and exports, and the accountant link

For: Pool safety inspectors, Pool fence contractors, Pool builders, Property managers and agencies · Last updated 16 October 2026

Reports and exports gives you tables you can look at, download as CSV or PDF, or share with your accountant.

Who it is for: Owners and admins for money reports. Others can see the rest.

How to do it

  1. Open Reports and exports and pick a report: quotes and invoices, jobs, completed inspections or certificate expiries.
  2. Choose the period: last 30 or 90 days, this year, this or last financial year, or chosen dates.
  3. View it on screen, or download CSV (opens in Excel) or PDF with totals.
  4. On the quotes and invoices report press Share with your accountant. Choose 7, 14 or 30 days. Switch it off whenever you like.
  5. For everything at once, press Download everything (ZIP).

What the accountant sees

Document numbers, dates, customer names, status and amounts only. No phone, email, address or notes. You are responsible for who you send the link to.

What it does not do

  • Money reports are not tax advice and amounts come from your accounting software.

PoolPreCert helps you do and record your work. It does not decide whether a pool meets the Queensland standard. Only a licensed pool safety inspector does that.
