Job photos with marks, and job costing

Job photos can be marked up and paired before and after. The Costs and profit card works out what a job earned you.

Who it is for: Business accounts.

How to do it

1. On the job page open Photos and add photos. Use the marks tools for a circle, arrow or text.
2. Give a before and an after photo the same label to see them side by side. Pin a site photo to the property to show it on later jobs there.
3. Open Costs and profit and enter labour hours, materials and other costs.
4. Enter what was charged: the linked invoice, or a typed price without GST. Profit and margin are shown.

What it does not do

• Costing is for your own use. The profit line takes 10% GST out of an invoice total to compare like with like, and it is not accounting advice.
• Job photos are not yet added to the inspection PDF report.
