Automatic follow-ups for quotes and invoices

Follow-ups send a single reminder email to the customer when a quote has had no answer or an invoice is still unpaid. They are off until you switch them on.

Who it is for: Owners and admins.

How to do it

Open Settings, then Follow-ups.
Turn on the quote reminder and choose how many days to wait (3 to 30, default 5).
Turn on the invoice reminder and choose the days (7 to 60, default 14).

What it does not do

Each reminder is sent once, to the email address on file. There are no texts.

PoolPreCert helps you do and record your work. It does not decide whether a pool meets the Queensland standard. Only a licensed pool safety inspector does that.
