Customer booking page and booking requests
For: Pool safety inspectors, Pool fence contractors, Pool builders · Last updated 16 October 2026
The booking page lets a customer ask for a time that suits you. Open times are built from your hours, days off, jobs already booked and travel time, so the page never shows your jobs or customers.
Who it is for: Business accounts. It is off until you turn it on.
How to do it
- Open Schedule, then Hours and days off, then Customer booking page.
- Tick Let customers ask for a time on my booking page and choose Kinds of job customers can ask for, A booking takes, Notice needed and How far ahead. Add A line for the top of the page if you like.
- Make the Booking link and share it. Making a new link stops the old one at once.
- Requests arrive in Booking requests. For each one press Approve, change the time then approve, hand it to a team member, or Decline with an optional reason.
- Approving finds or creates the customer and property, books the job and emails the customer a confirmation. Declining sends a polite note.
What the customer enters
Their name, phone, email, the job's address, optional notes and a tick to agree to be contacted. Nothing else is asked, and no payment is taken.
Book them in automatically
Only if you switch on Book them in automatically is an open time booked straight away. Otherwise every request waits for you.
What it does not do
- It does not take payment.
- It does not email your business about each request. You see a notice in the app.
PoolPreCert helps you do and record your work. It does not decide whether a pool meets the Queensland standard. Only a licensed pool safety inspector does that.
