Your price list: items, markup and CSV import

The price list holds the items you buy and sell, with your cost and markup. The selling price shown is cost plus markup, ex GST.

Who it is for: Pool fence contractors and pool builders.

How to do it

1. Open Price list.
2. Under Add or change an item enter the Item name, the Unit, Your cost (ex GST, $), and the Markup (%). Add a Supplier if you like.
3. Enter the same name and unit as an existing item to change it.
4. To load many at once use Import from a CSV, then Choose a CSV file and check the preview.
5. Press Build a quote to go to the quote builder.

What it does not do

• Prices are your own. PoolPreCert does not supply market prices.

PoolPreCert helps you do and record your work. It does not decide whether a pool meets the Queensland standard. Only a licensed pool safety inspector does that.
