Customer link: a private page for one customer

The Customer link card on a customer's page makes one private link for that customer. They see their upcoming and recent bookings, their quotes and invoices, and the certificate dates you have recorded.

Who it is for: Business accounts, for customers who ask what is booked or what they owe.

How to do it

Open the customer and find the Customer link card.
Choose how long it lasts: 7, 30 or 90 days, and create the link.
Copy it and send it to that customer only.
To stop it early, switch it off on the same card. You can see how many times it was opened.

What the customer sees

Only their own records. Drafts, cancelled documents, your internal notes and other customers are never included. The page is not listed by search engines.

Be careful who gets it

Anyone holding the link can see the page until it expires or you switch it off. Send it only to the customer it is for.

What it does not do

Nothing the customer does on the page changes your records. To change a booking they call or email you.
