Change history and undo

For: Pool safety inspectors, Property managers and agencies, Pool fence contractors, Pool builders, Pool owners · Last updated 16 October 2026

When you edit or remove a property, pool, certificate record or maintenance task, the earlier version is kept for 90 days so a mistake can be undone.

Who it is for: Anyone who can edit those records.

How to do it

  1. Open the property and find Change history.
  2. Press Restore this version on the edit you want to undo. Only the fields that changed in that edit are put back.
  3. When you archive a property or pool, or delete a certificate record, press Undo on the message that appears.

What it does not do

  • Versions older than 90 days are deleted. History is private to the account and is deleted with it.

PoolPreCert helps you do and record your work. It does not decide whether a pool meets the Queensland standard. Only a licensed pool safety inspector does that.
