Claim your listing and receive inspection requests

Your listing is already built from QBCC's public register. Claim it to add your business name, phone, website and service area, and choose whether to receive requests from homeowners who have already checked their pool.

We never publish your email, and your street address only if you choose to show it. There is no charge to claim your listing.

Can't find yourself at all? Add your business and we'll check your licence on QBCC's search.

Prefer not to be listed? If you've claimed your listing, hide it yourself any time from Your listing. Otherwise ask us to hide it and we'll do it within 2 business days. Your licence details remain on QBCC's public register.

What you get

  • Inspection requestsRequests from self-checked homeowners, with their self-check report if they choose to share it. Requests are part of a business membership, with a 14-day trial and no card required.
  • Homeowners waiting for youHomeowners can ask any listed inspector to contact them. If you have not claimed your listing, those requests wait for up to 60 days and you see only how many. Claim it, and while your trial or plan includes requests you see who they are and can reply.
  • Verified reviewsReviews from homeowners whose request you marked booked or done, with a public reply.
  • Listing statsSee profile views, phone taps and requests over the last 30 days.
  • Quotes and invoicesConnect your own Xero file to create them from an inspection. QuickBooks is coming soon; Xero works now.

How claiming works

  1. Find your listing

    Search by licence number or name.

  2. Add your details

    Sign in with a business account, or create one, then add your business details and the councils you cover.

  3. We check and approve

    A person reviews your claim and checks your licence on QBCC's public search before it goes live, usually within 2 business days. A claim made from a personal link sent to the contact email on the record is also checked this way.
