For QBCC-licensed pool builders

Claim your listing and start getting quote requests

Your pool builder listing is already built from QBCC's public licence register. Claim it, add your details and choose whether to receive requests from Queensland homeowners.

Find your listing

Only your suburb is shown publicly. We never publish the street address on QBCC's register. There is no charge to claim it.

No account yet? Create a pool builder business account.

Can't find yourself at all? Add your business and we'll check your licence on QBCC's search.

Prefer not to be listed? If you've claimed your listing, hide it yourself any time from Directory listing. Otherwise ask us to hide it and we'll do it within 2 business days. Your licence details remain on QBCC's public register.

What you get

  • Quote requestsHomeowners send you their details and what they need. Each request goes only to you.
  • Homeowners waiting for youHomeowners can ask any listed pool builder to contact them. If you have not claimed your listing, those requests wait for up to 60 days and you see only how many. Claim it, and you see who they are and can reply.
  • Verified reviewsReviews from homeowners whose job you marked booked or done, with a public reply.
  • Listing statsSee profile views, phone taps and requests over the last 30 days.
  • Quotes and invoicesConnect your own Xero file to create them from PoolPreCert. QuickBooks is coming soon; Xero works now.

How claiming works

  1. Find your listing

Search by QBCC licence number or business name.

  2. Add your details

Sign in with a pool builder business account, or create one, then add your business details and service area.

  3. We check and approve

A person reviews your claim and checks your licence on QBCC's public search before it goes live, usually within 2 business days. A claim made from a personal link sent to the contact email on the record is also checked this way. Listing is no charge, and quote requests are no charge for the first year.
